America’s labor unions raise standards for working families in this country. Anti-union groups are seeking to kill the labor movement through a variety of different forms. A legal challenge, Janus v AFSCME, that limits your freedom to join together with your co-workers in union, is now at the U.S Supreme Court. A ruling in favor of the deep-pocketed groups that pushed this case to the highest court in the country would impose so-called “Right to Work” on the public sector nationwide.
