      Dear Member: Now that the SEIU unit has an offer out for vote, I want to clarify what we know of it in simple terms. After hearing members tell me personally what they thought the "deal" was, I felt compelled to write this letter so that everyone understands the details verses misinformation. Essentially they have accepted the same deal WE negotiated in November and accepted terms that were ratified in 2014 regarding pension payments verses a pay cut as well as equities and steps that have already taken place for our units.
