Teamsters Secure Historic Master Agreement for Keurig Dr Pepper Workers Across Southern California
SAN BERNARDINO, CA – Teamsters Local 1932 members at Keurig Dr Pepper have ratified a landmark master contract agreement that unites workers across Southern California with other Teamster locals, creating a powerful regional bargaining unit to strengthen worker power in the beverage industry.
The agreement, reached through solidarity and collective action, delivers major gains for thousands of Keurig Dr Pepper Teamsters across the region, including:
- A pathway to retiree medical coverage for the first time, ensuring long-term security for workers and their families.
- Substantial pension and wage increases that recognize the hard work and dedication of members who keep production and distribution running.
- Level pay for Riverside Keurig Dr Pepper Teamsters, ending years of disparity and finally bringing them in line with their Los Angeles counterparts.
“This master agreement is proof of what workers can accomplish when they stand united,” said Randy Korgan, Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 1932. “By uniting with other Teamster locals across Southern California, our members have secured not only historic economic gains but also the foundation for a stronger future.”
