Teamsters Local 1932 Launches Billboard Campaign In Low Desert Region
San Bernardino, CA- Teamsters Local 1932 is proud to announce the launch of a new billboard campaign in the Low Desert, designed to highlight the power of union solidarity and inspire workers across the Low Desert to imagine what’s possible when they join the Teamsters family.
The bold new campaign will be visible throughout the region, amplifying a clear message: workers are stronger, more protected, and better together when they stand united. Currently, the billboard celebrates the victories already won by workers who have organized with Teamsters Local 1932— and signals that a new era of worker empowerment is here in the Coachella Valley.
“This campaign is about showing every worker in the Low Desert that you deserve dignity, fair wages, and a real voice on the job,” said Randy Korgan, Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 1932. “The billboard is a public declaration that when workers unite, they don’t just change their workplace — they change their future.”
The billboard launch comes amid growing momentum for unionization efforts in the Coachella Valley, where public sector workers, essential service employees, and others are organizing to secure better wages, benefits, and working conditions under Teamster representation.
Teamsters Local 1932 remains committed to building worker power, protecting rights, and uplifting communities throughout the Inland Empire and now, across the Low Desert.
The future of the low desert is union strong — and it’s just the beginning.
