San Bernardino Mid-Managers Teamsters Overwhelmingly Ratify Strong New Contract

San Bernardino, CA- Teamsters Local 1932 Mid-Management professionals employed at the City of San Bernardino, have overwhelmingly ratified a new contract that delivers major economic gains and long-term security for City workers who keep operations running behind the scenes.

The newly ratified agreement includes:

  • Significant across-the-board wage increases that reflect the value of Mid-Managers expertise and leadership
  • Full protection of existing medical benefits, ensuring continued healthcare security for workers and their families.
  • Longevity pay enhancements, recognizing years of service and dedication to the City of San Bernardino.

“This is a meaningful win for public servants who have gone above and beyond to keep the city functioning through tough times,” said Randy Korgan, Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 1932. “They deserve to be respected and compensated for the vital work they do. Often times, their work goes unnoticed, and this contract delivers on the dignity and respect that they deserve.”

The ratification comes after months of negotiations driven by a bargaining team of dedicated rank-and-file members focused on fairness, respect, and improved conditions for all mid-managers.
