As a solution for workers frustrated with temporary jobs, local unions in the Inland Empire are hosting a job fair with employers looking to fill good union jobs. These are jobs with union representation and contracts that ensure fairness, stability, and good pay with benefits.
Between 2009 and 2014, the number of temporary workers grew by 39 percent nationwide creating a challenge for Americans looking to work full-time. As a community, we can make sure Inland Empire workers have access to strong union jobs.
