Needles General Unit Ratifies Contract

NEEDLES, CA — Members of the City of Needles General Unit, represented by Teamsters Local 1932, have overwhelmingly ratified a new contract that strengthens workplace protections, secures meaningful pay increases, and introduces a yearly bonus opportunity for members.

The agreement includes enhanced disciplinary language that provides greater fairness and transparency in the workplace. In addition to wage increases across the board, members will now have the opportunity to qualify for an annual bonus, recognizing their dedication and contributions to the City of Needles.

“This contract is about more than just wages. It’s about ensuring our members are treated with dignity and fairness on the job,” said Randy Korgan, Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 1932. “The improvements to disciplinary protections and the addition of a yearly bonus are wins our members can feel immediately.”
