CA Attorney General Becerra Stands with Local 1932 at SBD Airport

On Feb. 21st, Local 1932 Secretary-Treasurer Randy Korgan joined our SB Airport Communities partners to stand with Attorney General Becerra as he announced a lawsuit by the state of California against the Federal Aviation Administration, SBD International Airport, and developer Hillwood.

We believe that they broke the law with their relentless pursuit of the Eastgate project. We believe that they’ve ignored the significant negative impacts this project will have on surrounding communities. Residents here deserve better. We need guaranteed good jobs and clean air at Eastgate.
