He has been involved in representing and organizing union members for over 26 years. Most recently he was employed by the California Nurses Association. He has negotiated over 100 labor agreements. He is proud to return to the Teamsters Union and support public employees.

She has been a part of the labor movement for 19 years and is proud to follow in her family’s values for the second generation. Her resume includes completed coursework at the University of Redlands and Cal Poly Pomona. She has negotiated several contracts across L.A. County and San Diego County. She is a volunteer at serval NonProfit Organizations such as the Advancement Project, Stop the Violence, Increase the Peace Foundation and the Watts Labor Community Action Committee to name a few.

She grew up with an Uncle who was a proud Teamster. She was an active participant in the Association while a County employee and has been a Business Representative for 8 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership. She has negotiated various contracts including: Colton Mid-Managers, Upland, Big Bear DWP to name a few and been involved in the last 3 County negotiations.

Carlos Gonzales has been involved in the labor movement for over twenty years, most recently with Teamsters Local 630. He graduated from Los Angeles Trade Technical College with a degree in labor studies in 2015. He has successfully negotiated over 25 contracts to date and prides himself in being actively involved in Teamster organizing campaigns.

Jacqueline has been a Teamster for 12 years, and came to us from Teamsters Joint Council 42. She is proud to say her family raised their children in a union household going back three generations. She has worked in many different aspects of the organization, from administrative, accounting, communications, charity & event planning, member services, training, organizing & voter registration. Her most memorable moments of being a Teamster was singing the National Anthem at the 2011 IBT Convention as well as Teamsters Day at Dodger Stadium.

He has been a member of the Teamsters Union for 25 years. After witnessing his parents struggle as immigrants he began to take an interest in the Labor Movement. He was part of the negotiations team for two of the Stater Bros. contracts. He worked for Teamsters Local 63 as a Labor Standards Analyst for 10 years. The highlight of his career was being part of the organizing team that worked with the first Lumper company TW Services Inc.

She has been with the organization for 10 years. Before becoming a Business Representative, she was a Steward for 13 years with the TAD department working with Deidre Rodriguez. She is currently working on her AA degree in Labor Studies with Trade Tech.

He has been a labor activist since 2002, most recently as an organizer with Teamsters Joint Council 42. He became a Teamster at United Parcel Service where he was a steward for 5 years. He is proud to have been part of the team of organizers at the Joint Council that organized thousands of workers in the last few years and looks forward to helping Local 1932 grow.

Steve Cadena is a proud second generation member of the labor movement. He has been an active participant in labor for over 27 years, part of which he served as a Business Representative for Teamsters Local 630. He is joining us from Stater Brothers Distribution, where he was a Labor Standard Production Analyst. A highlight of his career was being part of the Teamsters Local 63 Stater Brothers Distribution contract negotiating team.
Representing: City of Fontana (City Hall & Yards), City of Rancho Cucamonga, City of Hesperia, City of Banning (Mid-Managers), City of Barstow, San Bernardino County Fleet Management and San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health.
She has been a shop Steward since 2008 and a county employee since 1999. She was elected to the 2014 bargaining team and remained on the team for the reopener. Then she was elected to the Board in August 2014 and was a member of the affiliation committee that initially sought affiliation with the IBT.
