Rancho Cucamonga Teamsters Ratify New Three-Year Contract
Rancho Cucamonga, CA- Teamsters Local 1932 members employed by the City of Rancho Cucamonga have overwhelmingly ratified a new three-year collective bargaining agreement that delivers cost-of-living adjustments, significant wage increases, and the establishment of retiree medical benefits.
The agreement represents a major victory for the hardworking city employees who provide essential services that residents depend on every day. In addition to cost-of-living increases, workers will receive substantial wage improvements based on classification and placement, helping ensure the city remains competitive in recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce.
Perhaps most notably, the contract establishes retiree medical benefits, providing workers with long-term security and peace of mind after years of dedicated public service.
“This agreement is about recognizing the value of the men and women who keep Rancho Cucamonga running,” said Randy Korgan, Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 1932. “The establishment of retiree medical benefits is a gamechanger and a lifesaver for working families. It means workers who have dedicated their careers to serving this community can retire with dignity and security. Combined with meaningful wage increases and cost-of-living adjustments, this contract reflects the power of workers standing together and having a strong voice at the bargaining table.”
