Is your family member or friend’s minor conviction affecting their search for employment?

On January 31, 2019, County of San Bernardino staff members from the law offices of the Public Defender will be conducting a LiveScan service at Teamsters Local 1932 Union Hall (433 N. Sierra Way in San Bernardino) for processing of rap sheets to verify whether expungement is possible. From there, community members who qualify through the LiveScan process will be invited for an appointment to our Expungement Clinic in February 2019. Start time on January 31st is to be determined.
